Cancellation Policy

Studio Policies To provide every client with the best possible experience, please review the following policies before booking your appointment. Card on File A valid credit or debit card is required to reserve all appointments. Your card will only be charged in accordance with the policies below. Cancellation & Rescheduling Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. * Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. * Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. * No-call, no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Clients with an outstanding balance must pay it in full before booking another appointment. Late Arrivals Please let me know if you’re running behind. I understand that unexpected delays happen; however, appointments will still end at their scheduled time to avoid impacting other clients. The full service price will apply, even if the service cannot be completed due to late arrival. Refund Policy All services, deposits, and payments are non-refundable. Lash Adjustment Policy Your satisfaction is important to me. If you experience excessive shedding or have concerns about your lashes, please contact me within 72 hours of your appointment. I will gladly evaluate the situation and, if needed, schedule a complimentary adjustment at my discretion. Thank you for respecting my time and these policies.
